How to remove yourself from USPhoneBook

Last checked October 14, 2026

USPhoneBook publishes names, addresses, phone numbers and relatives to anyone who searches. You can ask it to take your listing down. Here's exactly how, as of October 14, 2026.

Opt-out page

You'll need
Email address, Your phone number (to find the record)
How long
Not published. Guide estimates run from about 3 to 9 days.
Can it come back?
Possible.

Step by step

  1. Open the opt-out page (also linked as Do Not Sell My Personal Information in the site footer).
  2. Confirm your email through the link it sends. Guides say it expires after 24 hours.
  3. Look up your phone number, open the matching profile and press Remove Record.

Good to know

Then get it out of Google too

Opting out removes the listing from USPhoneBook, but Google can keep showing an old copy for a while. Google's Results about you tool lets you ask for those results to be dropped, and it can tell you when new ones appear.

How we checked this

usphonebook.com blocks visitors from outside the US, so we couldn't read its opt-out page directly. The steps above are cross-checked against several removal guides updated in 2026, and we've left out details they disagree on. If the form looks different when you get there, follow what the page says.
