Radaris opt-out: the site is gone

If you came here to get your listing off radaris.com, there's good news. The site no longer runs a people search at all.

What happened to Radaris

radaris.com no longer shows people-search results. The domain now shows a notice that a New Jersey court transferred it to Atlas Data Privacy Corporation after a final default judgment in a Daniel's Law case (Atlas Data Privacy Corporation v. Radaris.com, MID-L-000847-24), entered August 27, 2026. Rehold.com and Trustoria.com were part of the same judgment.

What to do now

• There is nothing to opt out of on radaris.com right now.
• If an old Radaris page still shows up in Google, use Google's Results about you tool to ask for it to be dropped from search.
• Radaris has reportedly asked the court to vacate the judgment, so this could change. We'll update this page if it does.

The data didn't disappear from the rest of the web, though. The same records feed dozens of other sites, so it's worth working through the active ones.
